I am back again Alhamdulillah ☺️

I have made the intention of raising funds for HHUGS for their winter campaign by giving up sugar for a week!

I will be doing this in honour of my mother who has been unwell recently and my grandmother who has been going through a great trial these past few months. May Allaah cure them and protect them and grant them ease - aameen.

I ask you to please donate as little as £3 to help me reach my target (I have a much larger target than the one above but will be updating the page as we go along!)

The money you donate will help fund a range of important services and vital support for vulnerable families who have lost a breadwinner due to detention.

Your support can be that light of mercy, radiating hope for a family struggling with living costs and facing the hard choice to make the decision whether to ‘heat or eat’. Your donations can help single mothers burdened by debts and threatened with eviction, provide adequate clothing and blankets for their children to protect them from its chill. Your help will bring ease to the hearts of elderly parents isolated from their communities this winter.

We all may have struggled with the lockdown this year but it’s easy to forget that many families in our midst live like this all year round. You can make a difference to families for whom social distancing and isolation is a norm.

Together we can change lives for some of the most ostracised families in our midst, ensuring they are cared for emotionally, practically and financially.

May Allaah accept it from you and replace it with millions better. May He be pleased with you and increase you in all that is good. May it be a means of cure for you from all physical and spiritual ailments and may He protect you from all evil - aameen.
