This September, we (3sisters)  will be taking part in the Alp Archery Challenge to raise crucial funds for HHUGS' single mothers and children

The work of HHUGS is unique, with no other charity doing similar work within the UK or across the globe.

With inflation at a 30-year high, an estimated 1.5 million UK households will struggle to pay food and energy bills this year. With Muslims falling into poverty at a rate ten times higher than rest of the population, surging prices and rising taxes will hit the poorest households in our community hardest.

HHUGS families, who were already under financial strain, now face even greater pressure than before.

With their husbands in prison, these women face social isolation and financial hardships, as they struggle desperately to provide for their children.

• For £50 Heal a Heart and relieve a family's trauma with a session of professional therapy or you can provide a child with essential stationery.

• For £165 gift a HHUGS child a new uniform to help them stand tall this September

• For £250 Feed the Hungry and restore their dignity with a month of food vouchers.

• For £500 Shelter the Homeless by covering rent and essential utilities

• For £1000 empower a single mother with educational and vocational training

• For £2000 relieve a mother of the crippling weight of debt.
